General Terms and Conditions

According to the provisions of Act No.281/2001 Coll. and Civil Code No.40/1964 as amended.

These general terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between Feel Free Factory s.r.o., ID No.: 53105907, with registered office at Košická 2503/6, 06601 Humenné and the parent or legal guardian of the child ( hereinafter referred to as „parent“ ) in the organization of holiday and summer day camps, Feel Free Factory s.r.o ( hereinafter referred to as „camp“ or „company“ ), in which the parent’s child ( hereinafter referred to as „child“ ) participates. A child is any person under the age of 18 years who is represented by a parent. These terms and conditions are binding on the parties involved.

Feel Free Factory s.r.o. = Feel Free Factory Ltd.
The abbreviation s.r.o. (spoločnosť s ručením obmedzeným) is translated into English as Ltd. (Limited) or LLC (Limited Liability Company)

Contractual relationship

1. The contractual relationship is established between Feel Free Factory s.r.o., ID No.: 53105907, with registered office: Košická 2503/6, 06601 Humenné and the Customer (a legal or natural person with legal capacity) by completing the registration form at https://fffkids.feelfreefactory.sk/ , its confirmation generated by the Feel Free Factory s.r.o. registration system and by proving the proof of payment of 100% of the advance payment of the price by the Customer. If the customer does not pay the amount of the camp within 14 days of completing the registration form at https://fffkids.feelfreefactory.sk/ , the reservation is cancelled and the place is transferred to another candidate. We will accept all bookings made in 2025 if payment is credited to Feel Free Factory Ltd no later than 20 days prior to the start of the selected camp.
2. If the customer does not pay the amount of the camp within 20 days before the start of the selected camp tour, the reservation is cancelled and the place is given to another candidate.

 Price and payment terms

1. Parents who have signed up their child for the day camp can pay for the camp as follows:

• By bank transfer – after filling in the registration form, an invoice will be sent to the email address provided by the parent. The invoice contains all the necessary information for payment: variable symbol, account number in the form IBAN: SK70 0900 0000 0051 7202 1089 (Slovenská Sporiteľna, a.s.) – if possible, please include the child’s name in the note.
• By scanning the QR code – this QR code will be automatically generated on the invoice that will be sent to the email that was entered by the parent.
  • An invoice will be sent to the email provided by the parent within two business days of the submission of the registration form.

1. The amount must be paid in full no later than 14 working days after booking the specific camp date.
2. The contract is replaced by an order with the exact specification of the tour /date/, identification of the customer and other interested parties sent by e-mail /fffkids@feelfreefactory.sk/

Entry of children to the camp

1. Upon arrival at the camp, children will bring: a certificate of health of the child must be brought on the day of the child’s arrival at the camp, signed by the parent – the necessary form will be sent together with the invoice to the email address provided by the parent when registering his/her child for the camp. We do not require that the child’s health certificate be signed by a doctor, the signature of the parent – responsible legal guardian is sufficient. A copy of the insurance card. If the child is on medication or has a food intolerance or allergy to something, this must be stated when the child arrives at camp and the medication must be given to the camp leader.
2. Any change in the time of arrival or return of the children shall be notified electronically by e-mail to/fffkids@feelfreefactory.sk/ , or by phone to +421 915 304 205

Obligations and rights of the Customer

1. Arrival of the child to the camp /every day/ is between 8:30 – 9:00 /unless otherwise agreed/. Pick-up of children from the camp is always from 15:30 to 16:00. /(Adventure Camp has different arrival and departure times for children – all information will be sent to those interested in the camp)
2. The Customer is responsible for complete and truthful information in the contract. If, as a result of false or incomplete information in the child’s enrolment medical documentation, the child’s health or the health of other camp participants is endangered, Feel Free Factory Ltd. is entitled to recover damages for the loss thereby incurred from the parent who provided or submitted such false information.
3. For technical and educational reasons, we do not recommend visiting children in the camp. In case of doubt, please contact the camp leader.
4. Telephone contact – for each camp there will be a selected number where the camp leader can be contacted in case of need – the number will be sent to the email that was given to the parents when they registered for the camp – in case of unavailability of the given number, the number +421 915 304 205 will be available at all times
5. Valuable items such as designer clothes, jewellery /e.g. gold chains, bracelets, etc./, mobile phones, cameras, MP3s, electronic games, etc. are not recommended to be given to children at camp. Feel Free Factory Ltd. is not responsible for their loss. More valuable items must be stored with the camp leader.
6. As the children’s camps are organised, all participants must follow a common programme and daily routine. In case of disrespect of the leaders and other violations of the camp rules, the child must terminate the stay without refund.

Obligations and rights of Feel Free Factory Ltd. (Feel Free Factory KIDS)

1. In case of interruption of stay, only the unused meals will be billed, and only if the reason for departure is the child’s illness and the child’s legal representative delivers a doctor’s certificate of inability to start or continue the camp by email to/fffkids@feelfreefactory.sk/ or by mail to Feel Free Factory s.r.o., ID No.: 53105907, registered office: Košická 2503/6, 06601 Humenné. If the stay is interrupted for other reasons, there is no entitlement to an invoice.
2. Feel Free Facrory Ltd. is obliged to comply with all the terms and conditions set out in these General Terms and Conditions of Participation and in the Children’s Camp Information.
3. If Feel Free Facrory Ltd. is forced to change the terms and conditions or cancel a tour in the event of unforeseen circumstances or vacancy, it will propose to the customer to change the contract, the dates or the selected camp for another one from the offer of Feel Free Facrory Ltd. If the customer does not agree with the proposed changes, Feel Free Facrory Ltd. will refund the full payment. Changes to the contract can only be made in writing. In the event of cancellation of a tour due to non-occupancy, the customer must be informed within 5 calendar days prior to the start date.

Withdrawal from the contract

1. The Customer may withdraw from the contract only in writing and by paying a cancellation fee. Withdrawal from the contract is valid from the date of receipt of the written notice by Feel Free Facrory Ltd.
2. In the event of non-payment of the price for the camp within the stipulated deadlines, Feel Free Facrory Ltd. is entitled to withdraw from the contract in writing and not to provide the services resulting from the contract and the parent is obliged to pay all costs incurred by Feel Free Facrory Ltd. for the parent’s failure to comply with the obligation.
3. If the child does not enter the camp or does not start using the camp services for any reason other than health, or does not use them at all or in part by his/her own decision, he/she is not entitled to a refund of part of the price for the unused services.
4. In the event of a parent’s request to change the date from the date specified in the application form to a new date for any reason, the procedure is to notify Feel Free Facrory Ltd. and then change the date in the event of free capacity on the requested date.
5. Feel Free Facrory Ltd. may withdraw from the contract due to the camp reaching capacity. Priority is given to previously paying parents. The date of payment is the date on which the funds are credited to the account of Feel Free Facrory Ltd. In this case, Feel Free Facrory Ltd. will refund the parent the price already paid for the camp.
6. Feel Free Facrory Ltd. reserves the right to cancel the camp if the minimum number of children has not been registered (the minimum number is individual for each type of camp), and it is obliged to send the parent a notice of this fact no later than 5 days before the start of the camp. Feel Free Facrory Ltd. will allow the child to participate in another camp if there are places available and the parent agrees, otherwise Feel Free Facrory Ltd. will immediately refund to the parent the full price already paid for the camp.
7. Feel Free Facrory Ltd. reserves the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the parent and cancel the child’s participation in the day camp without compensation in the event that the child’s behaviour endangers the property or health of other camp participants, or the employees and teachers of Feel Free Facrory Ltd., the company or other institution where the camp is held, or seriously disrupts the course of the camp.
8. A parent has the right to notify the Company in writing or by mail that another child named in the notice will attend the camp in place of his/her child, and to notify the parent of the substitute child at the same time.  The notification must include the express agreement of the new parent to the contract and a declaration that he/she will comply with all the agreed terms and conditions set out in the contract and the Application Form. On the date of receipt of the notification, the new parent named therein becomes the ordering parent, who enters into the rights and obligations of the original parent, and is jointly and severally liable for the payment of the camp price as well as the costs incurred by Feel Free Facrory Ltd. with the change of parent.  The company charges a fee of 10 euros excluding VAT for such a change.

Cancellation policy

1. The conditions for cancellation of the camp contract, refund of the price already paid and payment of cancellation fees are as follows:

– in case of cancellation, or in case of non-entry to the stay, the cancellation fee is 100% of the price of the stay. In this case, however, we also offer the possibility of rescheduling the child for another date of the given, or another camp.
– In case of cancellation of the alternative camp date, the customer is not entitled to a refund of the camp fee.

1. The company reserves the right to change the conditions of the camp or the program if for objective reasons, force majeure, decisions of state and other competent authorities, or extraordinary circumstances beyond the company’s control and foreseeability, it is not possible to provide the camp program and the ordered services, in which case the company is obliged to refund the price paid for the camp to the parents. The company will inform parents promptly of these changes.

1. Parent expressly acknowledges that any materials provided to Parent by Feel Free Facrory Ltd. are subject to intellectual property rights. To this end, the Parent expressly undertakes to refrain from any action that would infringe these rights, in particular by making reproductions (copies) of the materials, without the prior consent of the authorised person.

Final provisions

1. In the event of a dispute related to the concluded contract, it shall be governed by these General Terms and Conditions and the relevant provisions of Act No.40/1964 Coll. of the Civil Code and the legal regulations in force in the Slovak Republic.
2. By signing the Binding Application Form, the parent declares that he/she has read, understood and agrees to these General Terms and Conditions before completing the application form.
3. These conditions of participation apply from 01.01.2025 and are an integral part of the binding application form for the camp. Comments as well as complaints must be submitted in writing or by email no later than 30 days after returning from the camp.
